Landscape FAQs
Use the Landscape of Dance directory to search by location — enter your city, state, or ZIP code and we'll show studios sorted by distance. You can also filter by dance genre (ballroom, Latin, swing, tango, etc.) and studio type (franchise, independent, collegiate club, community center).
The directory includes independent studios, franchise locations (Arthur Murray, Fred Astaire, etc.), collegiate dance clubs, community centers, social dance venues, and specialized schools covering ballroom, Latin, swing, Argentine tango, salsa, country western, and more.
Studio owners and managers can claim their listing by creating a free LODance account and verifying their association with the studio. Claimed profiles can be enriched with class schedules, instructor bios, floor dimensions, and photos.
Studio data is crowd-sourced from the dance community and verified where possible. We encourage dancers and studio staff to submit corrections through the feedback button on any listing. Claimed studios can update their own information directly.
