About this studio
Aerial Amazons is a registered association (Verein) dedicated to pole dance and fluid movement in Innsbruck. Run by a volunteer board with passion for pole dance, dance and sport, the studio is supported by trained instructors and a community of committed members. They describe themselves as people who love to move together—especially upside down and in the air.
The studio offers classes across pole dance, flexibility, conditioning, balance and fluid movement, all taught by qualified instructors. Pole dance itself combines acrobatic elements with dance, bringing together fitness, creativity and the joy of movement. It works on three levels: body, mind and wellbeing. Fluid movement, as they define it, is about smooth, flowing motion and feeling at ease in your own body—the art of moving fluidly on the ground or appearing to float in the air, creating an illusion that defies gravity and body weight.
Aerial Amazons emphasises that pole dance is inclusive and open to all body types and fitness levels, regardless of age, gender identity, ability or experience. The studio notes that people with disabilities, pregnant people and retirees all practise pole dance. Pole dance can be athletic and physically demanding, or sensual and slower, or simply fun. The studio stresses that fun and community support are central to their approach.
The team includes instructors Britt Bloem, Diana Prugger, Isabelle Bec, Anna Stampfer, Lea Spindler, Lucy Patrizi, Órla Dunniece, Petra Mota, Viktoria Zenns, Brunhilde Ragnasdottir, Aleksandra Piwnik and Stephi. A booking calendar is available on their website for class schedules and a trial class (Schnupperstunde) is offered—the next one listed is Monday 06.07.2026 at 17:30.
