Baila con Sara teaches salsa, bachata, and kizomba in two locations: Edificio Innova in Benalmádena (Av. Federico García Lorca, corner with Camino del Prado, opposite the library) and Atrévete in Torremolinos (Av. Salvador Allende, 10, entrance via Pasaje Decano Ferrer y Márquez 19). The studio has more than 15 years of experience and uses a methodology described as fun and effective, designed to help students disconnect from routine and stress, meet new people, and build confidence.

They offer three distinct levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace. New beginner groups start every three months as "Iniciación desde cero" (zero to hero) courses lasting three months, where you learn basic steps in small groups with personalized attention. After mastering the fundamentals, you move to intermediate levels to learn simple figures. The studio emphasizes that you don't need a partner—they rotate couples so everyone gets to dance with different people.

Classes run both morning and afternoon, offering flexibility for those with complicated schedules. You can mix and match sessions: attend mornings one week and afternoons the next, or stick to one time. The studio teaches year-round, including July, August, and December. They also organize social outings several times a month where students can practice what they've learned with classmates outside the studio.

Salsa is described as fun and especially suited to partner dancing, where the man guides the woman with his hands; it requires learning basic steps and good execution to maintain rhythm and communication. Bachata is a romantic dance from the Dominican Republic, characterised by harmonious hip movement, with styles including bachata dominicana, bachata fusión, and bachata sensual. Kizomba is an African-origin dance that is very sensual and relaxing, danced in a close embrace that creates deep connection; it has several styles including kizomba fusión, semba, urban kizz, tarraxa, and tarraxinha.

Come in comfortable clothing and shoes with a good grip and ankle support. You don't need a partner—the studio rotates couples so you'll dance with different people. New beginner courses start every three months with small groups and personalized attention, so you'll start with others at the same level.
