About this studio
Cologne Pole Fitness (Köln) was the first Pole Dance, Burlesque and Aerial studio to open in Germany, launching in April 2007, and many trainers across the region and internationally got their start there. It positions itself as a place to lose weight enjoyably, reshape the body, build self-confidence and explore femininity in a different way.
Since January 2019 it operates from a freshly re-opened, smaller and more intimate location with a daylight view onto a Japanese garden and a party atmosphere created by colourful lighting at night. It is also home to an international burlesque performer, with a full room of costumes for photo shoots.
What to expect
Your first visit
Class sizes are kept small: 6-8 participants in public classes and up to 16 for private group bookings. Classes are choreography-based, so prospective students should contact the studio before booking into a class that has already started. A trial lesson is offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (60 minutes, 12 EUR). Offerings span beginner-to-advanced pole, burlesque, aerial, sexy/exotic dance, twerking and photo workshops, plus vouchers, gift cards, memberships and private lessons.
