About this studio
Cumbancha is a salsa school in Berlin's Kreuzberg neighbourhood, in operation for more than 25 years. The studio teaches Salsa Cubana, Salsa LA & NY, Salsa ON1, Salsa ON2, Bachata Sensual, Kizomba, Lady Styling, Rueda, and bodymovement courses. Classes are organised as open weekly classes (OpenClasses), weekend bootcamps, and multi-week intensive courses.
You can join without a dance partner. The studio uses a rotation system during classes so everyone dances, and emphasises maintaining a balanced leader-to-follower ratio through online registration.
