Emerald Alchemy Dance of the Soul is led by Heather Carroll, who brings over 25 years of experience as a dance teacher, 9 years as a yoga instructor and personal trainer, and trauma-informed certifications in somatic practice. The studio's core work centres on helping women reconnect with their bodies and step into their full power through guided healing journeys that combine dance, breathwork, intuitive movement, tapping, nervous system regulation, energy healing and ancestral wisdom.

Heather's approach is rooted in her belief that healing happens through experience, not thought alone. She has been channelling breathwork and movement for 1:1 clients, groups and certifications for the last 4 years with documented results. Her mission is to help women step into themselves as leaders and to release trauma and regulate the nervous system in the right order—foundation first, so the body feels safe enough to release what it's been holding at its own pace.

The studio offers a range of sessions and courses. One-to-one sessions are available on the sessions page, and group offerings include free masterclasses on topics like nervous system regulation and cycle breaking, as well as free introductory breathwork classes held via Zoom. A 6 Week Sacred Breath & Movement Oracle Embodiment Journey is priced at $222.00, while shorter offerings like the 3 Card Mini Channeled Breath & Movement Session cost $47.00 and the Nervous System Reset is $99.00.
