The main teaching and event space is the Salone delle Feste, a 100 square meter room with mirrors along one long wall and glass panels on the other side, fitted with curtains for light control. The room can be divided into two independent 50 square meter spaces by a soundproof movable partition. The ceiling is equipped with rigging points for aerial disciplines.
A second studio, Sala Underground, offers 58 square meters of shock-absorbent synthetic flooring with mirrors and an active sound system. The Sala del Giardino spans 65 square meters with street-level access and opens onto the garden. An attico (roof garden) provides 55 square meters with birch parquet flooring and direct access to the terrace.
All spaces benefit from full-height glazing that opens outward, providing natural light throughout the day and allowing quick air changes. The facility is equipped with modern air filtration and recycling systems to maintain optimal temperature. Each room has an independent sound system. The 200 square meter garden, lined with mature trees creating shaded areas, serves as a natural backdrop for events, fashion shows, and celebrations.
