About this studio
Indance Studio is located in Porta Romana, the historic heart of Milano, and offers bright, welcoming dance studios equipped with Harlequin sprung flooring. The studio serves dancers of all ages and ambitions, with two distinct pathways: an academic route for serious training and an amateur route for those dancing for pleasure.
For children aged 4 to 10, Indance Studio teaches classical dance as a formative foundation, progressing from propedeutics at ages 4–5 through to pre-academic level at age 10. At 10, students choose their path with guidance from instructors: continuing with a classical dance academy, exploring modern technique, or continuing amateur dance practice.
The FPD PROGRAM is the studio's professional training pathway for ages 11 to 23. This academically rigorous programme is designed for those with strong aptitude and allows them to pursue intensive classical dance training while continuing school studies during the morning. The programme can be complemented by modern and contemporary dance study.
Amateur classes run for all levels and ages: young students dancing for pleasure, university students balancing study with dance, adults continuing their practice, and complete beginners of any age. Instructors named include Cristina Contini (founder and director, classical dance), Claudia Gasperoni (classical and modern), Lorena Carrieri (classical), Alberto Viggiano (classical), Nicola Forlani (modern and contemporary), Giacomo Severini Bonazelli (modern and contemporary), Noemi Gregnanin (classical and modern), Marianna Fracalossi (classical), Rebecca Gallo (classical and modern), Laura Tassara (modern), Ludovica Di Santo (modern), and Giuseppe Migliorisi (classical).
The studio hosts events and stages, including past performances such as Stage Virna Toppi, Legend, and Fantastica Opera. Auditions for professional courses run annually.
