Lady Style and Footwork both combine 50% technical training with 50% choreographic sequences, covering arm coordination, footwork balance, memory, body movement and style. Movimiento Corporal is a pedagogical class using simple, didactic and dynamic exercises to help students recognise different movement drivers and apply them in class sequences.
