Le Performance is a 450m² choreographic facility in the heart of Bordeaux city centre, operated by Compagnie Rêvolution. It functions as both a teaching studio and an event venue, serving multiple communities: it hosts the company's own creation and production work, welcomes resident companies and cultural mediation projects, runs an amateur dance school (École des Danses), and books corporate events, workshops and afterwork parties.
The ground floor spans 225m² and contains a reception hall of 125m² with an associative bar, two changing rooms with showers, two toilets (one wheelchair-accessible), and a stereo sound system. The first floor is also 225m² and is divided into separate spaces including a meeting room and an open-plan area.
Studio Adrénaline is the main teaching space: 120m² with a sprung floor fitted with tennis balls to absorb impact and protect dancers' joints, optimal sound system, ceiling fixings for projectors, a 12-metre mirror, and black curtains that can be drawn over the mirror and windows to create a blackbox effect. Studio Soli is a smaller 90m² studio with parquet flooring, optimal sound system, and a 4-metre mirror.
Le Performance offers both annual and one-off rental slots for courses, stages and residencies. The space is fully modular and can accommodate events, projections, meetings, seminars and light performance formats. A virtual tour of the studios is available on the website.
