About this studio
MUSIQUITA is a dance school in Utrecht founded by Dylan and Patrycja, two passionate dancers with a shared vision: to create a space where connection, musicality and flow are central. The school teaches Salsa LA, Salsa Cubana, Bachata and Kizomba at all levels, from basic steps to advanced technique.
The philosophy here is that dance is about more than learning steps. The focus is on feeling and understanding the music, connecting with your partner, and building technical strength without losing the joy. Classes balance musicality, flow and partner connection with solid fundamentals.
MUSIQUITA has a team of instructors, each with their own style and specialty, all passionate about taking dancers to the next level. Reviews describe the teachers as enthusiastic, giving clear feedback, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The community aspect—what MUSIQUITA calls the "familia"—is central to the experience. People report learning in just a few lessons, gaining knowledge not just of steps but of following and leading.
The school welcomes dancers of all levels and aims to help you feel at home quickly in the community. Summer classes run from 20 July to 28 August. Trial lessons are available.
