About this studio
Salsa Cuba Club teaches original Salsa Cubana in Munich's Landsberger Straße. The studio runs classes at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, with a progression that moves through named stages: Grundkurs (foundations), then Erste Stude, Dile q no, Prima, Enchufa, Basico, Pa ti, Aspirina, and Hermana. Beyond solo salsa, they offer Rueda courses (partner circle salsa) at Intermedio level, covering moves like Casate, Redonda, Cruzada, Nudos, Ochenta and Paseala. The style emphasis is on feel and enjoyment — their tagline is "Original Salsa Cubana zum Fühlen und Genissen" (to feel and enjoy).
The curriculum extends beyond salsa. They teach Bachata, Kizomba, and a range of partner dances including Cha Cha, Rumba and Tango Argentino. The studio also offers specialist Ladies Style classes and hosts workshops at intermediate and advanced levels in salsa and other styles.
The location is in a courtyard (Innenhof) setting at Landsberger Straße 20b, accessible via the passage entrance between numbers 14–18. The studio is available for private lessons (Privatstunde) and can be rented for events. They maintain a WhatsApp group for students and run a social event called Tanzkaffee (dance coffee).
The studio's website shows photo galleries of the space and location, and they actively schedule social activities. You can reach them by phone to enquire about classes, private tuition or venue hire.
