Elementio is a dance studio in Dresden teaching Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and Brazilian Zouk to beginners and advanced dancers. The studio offers two main course formats: fixed-duration beginner courses (8 units) and ongoing club-level classes. Beginner courses in Salsa run Mondays and Thursdays at 19:10, Bachata on Wednesdays at 20:20, and Kizomba on Thursdays at 18:00. All are 8-unit programmes with multiple start dates throughout the year.
For dancers who have completed a beginner course, the studio runs progressive club-level instruction. Salsa Club Fundamentals meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 18:00, with Salsa Club Flow on Thursdays at 18:00. Bachata Club Flow is Wednesdays at 18:00 and Bachata Club Fundamentals at 19:10. Kizomba Club Fundamentals runs Thursdays at 19:10. Brazilian Zouk Club Fundamentals is Tuesdays at 18:10 and Brazilian Zouk Club Flow at 19:30. All club classes allow weekly entry.
The team includes Wendi (Salsa, Bachata, ChaCha and Kizomba), Ulli (Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba), Anne and Thao (Bachata), Maria (Kizomba), Lukas (Kizomba), Tina (Kizomba), Fabi (Kizomba) and Alex (Zouk). The studio describes its teachers as combining expertise with approachability, tailoring each class to participants' needs.
Beyond classes, Elementio hosts a strong events calendar. The monthly Fiesta de SalsaSoul parties include a new motto each time, a workshop, DJ, photographer and snacks. Additional events include themed Salsa and Bachata practice nights throughout the year, and the Palais Sommer – Salsa Sommernacht summer event. The studio actively recruits DJs for its parties by email.
