Salsabana - Clases de SALSA y BACHATA

Salsabana teaches Salsa Cubana and Bachata Sensual in Sants, Barcelona. The school specializes in both styles and welcomes absolute beginners — the site notes that "even the most unrhythmic person is surprised by how they take their first steps of bachata and salsa." Classes are designed around a peer-teaching ethos: instructors teach "like friends," and the atmosphere is built on laughter and support rather than pressure.

If you come alone, you'll be paired with a partner for the lesson. The school emphasizes consistent attendance by offering a class-recovery system: if you notify them 24 hours in advance, they will find you a substitute so you always have partners week to week.

Payment is flexible. You can pay monthly, quarterly, or buy single classes. A 10-class package or private salsa and bachata lessons waive the €30 enrollment fee. The school also runs "Sábados de danza" — occasional Saturday workshop weekends where you can try other dance disciplines within the Sants area.

Recorded classes are available through their virtual school, "videobana," so you can review lessons at home. The school is established (copyright 2014), and instructors Víctor and Marjorie are named repeatedly in reviews for their attentiveness to technique and welcoming teaching style. The venue is located at Carrer de Burgos, 55, near Plaça Sants.

You'll walk into a welcoming environment focused on having fun while learning. Expect to be paired with a partner if you arrive solo, taught fundamentals by instructors who prioritize good technique and personal attention, and to feel supported from day one.

Víctor and Marjorie teach at the school and are noted in reviews for excellent technique instruction, personal attention, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Designed for complete beginners; the school emphasizes learning without pressure and notes that even non-rhythmic people are surprised by how quickly they progress.
