About this studio
Serenity Spin Studio opened in February 2024, founded by Nikha, a dancer, performer and entrepreneur. The studio was built as a space where women and queer people could move without shrinking, perform without apology and explore without shame.
Classes are intentionally kept small—a maximum of 7 people—so that everyone has their own pole and receives individual attention and encouragement. The studio offers three core training paths: pole fitness for building strength, courage and control; heels classes focused on sensual movement and feminine power; and pilates, flexibility and recovery work for balance and restoration.
The philosophy centres on training to know, love and own your body. The studio welcomes diverse students: complete beginners who have never touched a pole before, people seeking sensual and seductive movement, creative souls looking for expression, those building confidence, and queer bodies seeking dedicated space. Many come for the technical training and stay for the deeper transformation.
Memberships range from 1 class per week with pole play access (900 kr) to unlimited classes per week (1500 kr). A 10-session drop-in package costs 2500 kr. Free trial classes are available. You can book and connect via email or by phone.
