About this studio

Starlight Pole Fitness is a pole dance studio in Fort Myers built on inclusivity, empowerment, and support. The studio's mission is to help students discover the beauty and power of positive body movement through pole fitness, breaking the stigma around the discipline. Classes range from absolute beginners to advanced polers, all taught in a warm, judgment-free space that celebrates every student's progression.

If you're new to pole, Starlight offers a Newcomers 3-class introduction series that focuses on foundational moves and basics in a supportive environment. From there, you can progress through Foundations, Progressions, Progressions II, and into Experienced-level classes. Each level is structured to build strength, technique, and confidence at your own pace. The studio uses a Creatrix Movement curriculum and employs a certified network of teachers dedicated to expert guidance at every step.

Beyond core technique classes, Starlight runs a wide range of creative and specialist programmes. Aflowdite offers pole choreography and fluid transitions for Foundations students and above. Eros, Connection, and Desire I and II are freestyle and sensual-focused classes designed for expressive movement. Base Werk teaches dynamic low-pole and floorwork, while Slip 'n' Slide focuses on socks-based fluid choreography. Shapes refines technique and body alignment, Velocity works on momentum and transitions on static pole, and Grounded is an all-levels floorwork class. Conditioning is available through Pilates and Restore sessions.

Membership options are flexible and include no-contract subscriptions. Lunar ($112/month) offers 4 class credits plus unlimited open pole access. Solar ($189/month) includes 7 class credits, Eclipse ($249/month) 10 credits, and Galactic ($349/month) 15 credits. Drop-in classes are available at $28 per session. Open pole time costs $10/hour or $50/month for unlimited access. Class credits roll over for 12 months and membership can be cancelled at any time.

The studio hosts community events and workshops. Grease: The Polesical, a pole dance spin on the classic musical, was performed at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. Starlight sees itself as more than a fitness space—it's a place for connections, friendships, and personal discovery where every individual's brilliance is celebrated.
