About this studio
SUPASTUDIOS is a dance studio on Mill Farm, Madingley Road in Cambridge, specialising in Ballroom and Latin dance. The studio is led by Charlie and Ineta, UK Closed Professional 10 Dance Champions, and holds the distinction of being home to the European 10 Dance Champions.
Classes run on a weekly timetable aligned to Cambridgeshire school terms. Group classes include SUPA SQUAD TRAINING on Tuesday evenings (6:30pm–8:30pm), a competitive session combining focused fitness conditioning, precision-driven drills, expert technique development and performance-focused stamina work. SUPAKIDS runs on Friday evenings (6pm–7pm) and provides an introduction to Ballroom dancing for children under 12 with little or no dance experience. Private lessons are available for adult beginners on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
The studio offers pro-am competitions and open/medallist competitions scheduled throughout the year for all age groups. Ballroom and Latin workshops are also scheduled regularly with resident teachers and visiting professionals. One student, Sophia, described the environment as a place where "Charlie and Ineta are true inspirations" and "consistently transforms potential into champions".
The main studio spans 2,000 sq ft of open floor space and is available to hire for group classes, fitness and training events, with capacity for 100+ participants. A licensed bar on-site provides post-class refreshments and social space. Private lessons with Andrei or Mia are available at £55 for 45 minutes.
What to expect
Your first visit
You'll join a class led by experienced instructors in a spacious 2,000 sq ft studio. For competitive training, you'll work on focused fitness, technique and stamina; for children's classes, you'll learn Ballroom fundamentals in a fun, engaging environment. You can book online or, for children's Friday sessions, pay per class on the door.
