About this studio
Swing Delight is a Paris-based dance association specialising in Lindy Hop, Charleston, and Solo Jazz. The studio teaches all levels across three locations: Re-Corps (16A Boulevard de Reuilly, 75012 Paris, Métro Dugommier M6), Paris Danse Studio (26 Rue des Grands Champs, 75020 Paris, Métro Nation M1/RERA, Avron M2, Buzenval M9), and Studio Julie Vlasto (8 Pass. Delessert, 75010 Paris, Métro Chateau Landon M7, Colonel Fabien M2).
Classes run from September to June, with Lindy Hop at 1 hour 15 minutes per week (325€ annually) and Solo Jazz at 1 hour per week (285€ annually). An annual association membership of 25€ is mandatory and includes access to all social events and weekly practice sessions, as well as discounts on workshops. Payment options include full annual settlement or three instalments via Klarna with 5% processing fees.
Beyond regular classes, Swing Delight runs monthly We Got Swing evenings with live band, and seasonal Daumesnil Summer Delight outdoor social dances. The studio organises ongoing Solo Jazz workshops with themed routines—recent offerings have included Shim Sham Variations, Mama's Stew (learned from the Whitey's Lindy Hoppers tradition), and Vintage Inspiration sessions held on Sundays.
The organisation offers bespoke event services including corporate evenings, group dance courses for bachelor and bachelorette parties (EVG, EVJF), and wedding dance preparation and performance. Private lessons are also available as gifts or standalone tuition. Trial classes are offered for new students; contact via the website or by phone.
