About this studio
Tango Libre Budapest teaches Argentine tango to students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced dancers. The teaching team includes Serbán Andrea and Szeghalmi Endre, both active instructors. Szeghalmi spends time training intensively in Buenos Aires to develop his tango technique with local masters, bringing fresh and authentic methods back to Budapest classes. The studio runs specialist technique classes for both lead and follow roles.
Beyond regular classes, Tango Libre organises social tango events and milongas, including hosted parties and themed outings. Recent events have included canoe trips combined with tango and evening milongas. The studio also runs a blog covering tango culture, technique, and the history of notable tango figures.
