About this studio

The Dirty Bourbon Dance Hall & Saloon opened in January 2011 and is the most popular country western bar in Albuquerque. The venue features two massive 53-foot main bars and a 1,300 square foot dance floor, making it the only bar in Albuquerque with this configuration. The space is designed around an Old Western Style Saloon and Dance Hall atmosphere, with staff in old-fashioned costumes and Western relics throughout.

The Dirty Bourbon hosts live country music and live bands weekly. You can check their event calendar for upcoming performances. Beyond dancing and live music, the venue also has two pool tables and a shuffleboard table.

Dance lessons are available at the venue. Two Step Lessons are held the second and fourth Friday of the month from 6–7pm. Line Dance Lessons are also offered, though these vary and may be cancelled or rescheduled due to special events, so you should check the event calendar weekly.

The venue is open Thursday to Saturday, 6pm–2am. Cover typically starts at 8pm on regular nights and is usually $7, though cover starts at 6pm for special events. Thursday is Ladies Night, when ladies get free cover all night. The Bourbon House side welcomes all ages from 11am–8pm.

For group events, The Dirty Bourbon offers private party and special event hosting. You can customise events with catering, food, drinks, and entertainment. Reservations are available in four tiers: Stage VIP (8 people, $125), 8-Top next to the stage (8 people, $75), Half of the Bullpen VIP (16 people, $125), and All of the Bullpen VIP (32 people, $250). These fees are for the section only and do not include cover or beverages. Reservations must be claimed by 10pm and paid at booking time.
