The space includes a stage, ballroom, balcony, dance floor, lofted bridal suite, green room groom's lounge, warming kitchen, bar (in its own room), sound and lighting booth, baby grand piano, and a 65-inch smart TV. The venue is open 10am–11pm, with music off at 11pm and guests out by midnight.
Wedding packages range from the Bare Brick Essentials ($5,000–$7,000 depending on day of week) to the Golden Microphone Package ($12,500–$14,500), which includes photographer, DJ, day-of coordinator, décor, and setup. High season runs April to October; off-season November to March applies to standard packages only. Micro weddings and reception-only packages are available year-round. Packages start as low as $2,450+.
Beyond weddings, The Loft hosts regular social events. Swing dance sessions run every Wednesday at 7pm, welcoming both seasoned dancers and beginners. The venue also hosts a Salsa Night and Dance Party featuring Latin rhythms with free lessons followed by dancing. First Friday Karaoke nights (no cover) are hosted by Uriah and Laura Werner on the first and third Friday of each month. The First Friday Market in Old Colorado City takes place on November 7th at 5:30pm, featuring live music, local artists, giveaways and drinks.
