Classes run at Barth Kapel on Brouwersgracht 2K, where Floorplay sessions happen Friday mornings (10:30–11:30) and Chairdance on Wednesday evenings (17:30–18:30). Floorplay is designed to build confidence and body awareness; Chairdance teaches you to move sensuously with the chair as your dance partner. At Pole Inspiration Dance Studio (Tarwekamp 73), Pole in Heels classes run Saturday mornings (10:30–11:45) in a studio fitted with 5 poles and a large mirror wall.
The studio also offers Workshops in Closer and Showgroup training. A major annual event is The Sultry Showcase, held at Vaillant theater, where students perform sensual floorwork and chairdance routines. The studio's philosophy is not about complicated choreography but about discovering what feels right for you—sensual movement on your own terms.
At Pole Inspiration, you leave shoes at the door and use a dedicated changing area upstairs. Both spaces are designed as calm, welcoming environments where you can step away from daily routine and be fully yourself.
