About this studio
Vamos Studio teaches Capoeira (the Brazilian martial-art dance), with a strong focus on children's classes. The program emphasizes whole-body development—flexibility, core strength, muscular strength, and body coordination—while building overall athletic ability.
Beyond movement and acrobatics, students learn through songs and instruments and are introduced to Portuguese language and Brazilian culture. A colored-belt (corda) progression system gives children clear goals, and group practice fosters respect, communication, and social skills.
