RSOBHD Rule Book
Publisher: Royal Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing (RSOBHD)
Constitution + competition rules of the RSOBHD. Printed title is simply "Rule Book"; issuing body printed as "The Royal Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing". Edition in public circulation: "Rules January 2022", hosted by ScotDance Canada (access_url). NOT in it: the annual Championship Steps and Scottish National Dance Premiership Steps, which RSOBHD publishes as separate dated PDFs on rsobhd.net/downloads/ (2026 steps dated 02.09.25; 2027 steps dated 01.09.26). Living document in numbered editions - year deliberately NULL; edition recorded in subtitle. PRIMARY SOURCE for LODance style "highland-dance". Earlier note claimed "age groups, dress code and championship steps": championship steps corrected above; age-group and dress rules not read section-by-section, so not asserted.
