The studio uses a three-point teaching system and offers group classes, private lessons and practice parties. Group classes run Monday through Friday at 7pm and require no advance scheduling. Private lessons are available during the studio's extended hours (Mon–Fri 10am–10pm, Sat 10am–3pm). Friday Night Practice Parties happen every Friday from 8pm to 9:30pm, giving students a social setting to apply what they've learned.
The Introductory Package is designed for new students and includes 3 private lessons, 1 group class and 1 Friday Night Practice Party for $39. After completing this package, instructors develop a Foundation Program tailored to each student's goals. The studio emphasizes that competitive dancing is part of its system, with levels available from beginner through open-gold, inspired by shows like Dancing With the Stars.
Absolute Dance Studio also offers a wedding dance programme (Wedding Special for $29) to help couples prepare an elegant performance for their special day. The studio is 4,400 sq ft with a hardwood floor, large mirrors and can be rented for events. Rental packages include digital surround sound (CD and iPod compatible), microphones, disco ball, party lights, a big flat screen TV, WiFi and a refreshment centre. Professional DJ services, group dance classes for guests and professional dance performances are available upon request. The studio can accommodate up to 200 guests.
