AK Dance Cph (Salsa & Bachata Copenhagen)

AK Dance is run by Anna Kron and Anders Kron, a married couple who teach salsa, bachata, and Latin ballroom dancing in Copenhagen. Anna was born in Minsk, Belarus, and began dancing salsa in 2007. She has 10 years of teaching experience with adults and 8 years teaching children aged 3–12. She trained under Professional Latin World Champions Martino Zanibellato and Michelle Abildtrup, and has competed in ballroom Latin across Denmark and Europe. She performed in the show 'Evolution' at Berlin Salsa Congress in 2012 and 2013, and choreographed and performed in Stargate shows from 2013 to 2022. From January 2017, she became director of the first Karel Flores performance group in Denmark, representing one of the world's top salsa dancers and choreographers. Anders was born in Copenhagen and started salsa in 2006. He studied with renowned teachers including Eddy Torres, Luis Vazquez, and others, and previously taught at Salsavida Dancing School in Copenhagen. He now works as an official photographer at salsa congresses and festivals across Europe.

Classes run at two locations: Move Valby (Valby Langade 178) and Move Østebro (Vennemindevej 39, 2100 København). The Valby studio is 4 minutes' walk from Vanløse metro station and S-train. Tuesday and Wednesday classes at Valby include creative dance for children aged 4–5, MGP Dance for ages 6–7, and adult Latin group classes at beginner and improver levels. Thursday classes at Østebro include children's dance and Latin style classes, plus adult improver classes and flexibility training.

The studio offers salsa and bachata in Los Angeles (on1) and New York (on2) styles. Salsa Lady Styling classes are available at improver, intermediate, and advanced levels for women with salsa experience. The show group teaches Karel Flores choreography at intermediate ('Rising Star') and advanced ('Performance') levels, with performance opportunities at European salsa events and international congresses. Bachata classes focus on sensual bachata and bachata fusion. Stretching and flexibility classes suit all levels and ages. Private lessons are available for salsa, bachata, wedding dance, and other styles. Wedding dance packages help couples prepare their first dance. Children's classes include ballroom dancing, salsa, boogaloo, modern mambo, and bachata for ages 5–14. Anna also teaches salsa lady styling in Malmö through cooperation with salsa legend Luis Vazquez at Love Dance Academy.
