The studio's mission is to provide students with more than just fitness classes, but a unique environment in which to grow mentally and physically. Their focus is on helping you achieve body awareness and confidence while toning, building strength, flexibility and coordination.

The class range spans from Intro to Pole for absolute beginners through Beginner Pole and Intermediate Pole for those with climbing and invert skills. Dance classes include Heels Dance, Caribbean Dance (drawing on Soca, Dancehall and Afro-Caribbean fusion), and Twerk Dance. You'll also find Intro to Heels, Yoga Pole Fusion (blending yoga and pole fitness), and All Levels Yoga designed specifically for dancers and athletes. Open Pole sessions let you freestyle or practice techniques in a community space.

The studio accommodates private one-hour pole classes tailored to your fitness level and goals, as well as private group classes and pole party packages for bachelorettes, birthdays and other celebrations. Corporate Pole Fitness Events are available for groups of 5 or more, structured with 20 minutes of ice breaker activities and warmup, 20 minutes of pole conditioning, 20 minutes of pole spins, 20 minutes working on a combo, and 10 minutes for pictures, videos and performances.
