The studio operates from two locations in Salzburg. The main space at Weiserhofstraße 3 houses two large dance halls (Saal 1 and 2), with an entrance area featuring a sofa and bar area designed as a social hub. The second location at Ziegeleistraße 18 has an additional space (Saal 0). Both venues are equipped with full sound and lighting systems, mirrors, ballet barres, and soft mats for floor work.
Dance Base offers regular classes and workshops for different ages and experience levels, plus special programmes including SUMMER MOVE — dance camps running in July and August for children and adults. They also run trial weeks (Schnupperwoche) to help new dancers explore classes before committing. The studio is available to rent for private groups, companies, and dance crews.
The teaching team consists of over 15 named instructors including Jessica Steininger, Diego Cunha, Cornelia Pirchner, Annalena Krause, Andrea Eckerl-Braz, Lia Teresa Rottschy, Maik Daniel, Sveta Schaier, Barbora Lesakova Bashka, Emma Pfahnl, Lisa-Marie Knoll, Johanna Kotvojs, Selina Gastager, Wolfgang Herma, Corinna Holletz, Johanna Schwan, Christina Schöne, and Andrea and Immo Stark. Management is handled by Johanna Kappel, with overall direction by Arch. DI Josef Frahndl.
The studio positions itself as 'a studio that feels like family', emphasising an open community approach. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 10–14.

Your first visit
Come in, relax on the sofa in the entrance area with a bar to connect with others, then move into one of the large dance halls with professional sound, lighting, mirrors and ballet barres. The studio welcomes all levels and ages.
