No partner is required, and the focus is on Street Latin Salsa—Emilio's philosophy that emphasises "real connection, raw rhythm, and self-belief" over rigid technique. Latin Dance Fitness runs Monday and Thursday (exact times listed as 6:30–7:20 pm), blending high-energy moves across Samba, Salsa, Bachata, and Tango.
