About this studio
Flow Factory Brussels is a 145m² dance studio in Schaerbeek, minutes from Brussels city centre. The space includes 100m² of studio with 9 professional poles (7× 45mm and 2× 40mm), full-length mirrors, and a 45m² lobby with changing facilities, kitchenette, and toilet. The studio can accommodate 16 to 25 people and is lit naturally, with a minimalist design centred on movement and self-expression.
The studio teaches pole dance, yoga, heels dance, chair dance, and flexibility work. Pole dance classes run from initiation through level 3, with dedicated beginner Level 1 sessions starting each summer (e.g. Tuesdays 20:40–21:55 and Saturdays 11:30–12:45). Pole Flow explores choreography and transitions in socks. Pole Heels combines pole with elevated footwear at initiation, level 1, and level 2. Yoga classes include Vinyasa flows and gentle practices; Flexibility classes strengthen and lengthen muscles with body awareness. Heels classes focus on technique, confidence, and style from runway walks to choreography. Dance Workshops explore contemporary and urban styles. All classes are taught in French, English, or a blend of both depending on the teacher and group. Private classes are available one-on-one.
Maud, the founder, started practising yoga in 2016 after an injury, discovered pole dance a year later, and after five years of teaching across Brussels opened Flow Factory. The teaching team includes Marie (pole dance and burlesque, 10+ years experience), Audrey (chair dance, heels, and partyrobics, with 15 years of jazz training and exploration of street jazz, contemporary, ragga, and dancehall), Daphné (heels instructor and dance project manager), Elis (pole technique, heels, floorwork and hammock, discovered pole in 2017 and teaching since 2019), and Morgane (certified osteopath and naturopath, teaching flexibility).
Class pricing includes single classes at €17–€20, 5-class cards from €90, 10-class cards from €150–€160, and 20-class cards at €300. Pole Practice sessions cost €10 for 2 hours and are free with valid class cards. The studio is accessible from 15 minutes before each class to 15 minutes after; the main door opens 30 minutes before class. After purchasing a 5-class card, students receive a badge for automated access. The studio is a no-shoe zone; students wear socks, dance shoes, or go barefoot depending on the class.
Flow Factory also hosts private events—EVJF (bachelorette), team building, and birthday celebrations. Private 90-minute sessions are fully customizable with a choice of pole dance initiation, chair dance, or freestyle dance, include a live teacher demonstration, and use the full studio with 9 poles, mirrors, LED lights, and Sonos sound system. A €70 deposit reserves the booking.

Studio history
Maud started practising yoga in 2016 after an injury and discovered pole dance a year later. After five years of teaching across Brussels, she opened Flow Factory Brussels at Rue Vanderlinden 24. The building's industrial past—once producing soap and later chocolate—inspired the studio's name, which continues the spirit of production but now of artistic flow, expression, and confidence.
