About this studio
French Pole Riviera has taught pole dance in Nice since 2016. The school occupies 350 m² across two fully equipped studios—Riviera and Azurea—with professional barres, technical floors and high-end equipment. Four certified coaches—Claire, Iva, Sophia and Juliette—teach all levels, from complete beginners to advanced dancers.
The studio welcomes children, teens and adults. Beginners can start with Saturday initiations (15€ per person, once monthly) or drop into a collective class (25€). You must book at least 4 hours ahead; no walk-ins are accepted. Monthly unlimited access to all collective classes starts at 140€ for students or 150€ for others, with 3-, 6- or 12-month plans available. Single classes cost 25€; cards of 5 or 10 lessons offer better rates and remain valid for 3 or 6 months respectively. Private lessons are offered at sliding rates from 2 people onwards.
French Pole Riviera organises Exotic Generation France (the first exotic pole competition in France, running since 2018), the South-East Regional Championship (Championnat Interrégional Sud-Est FFDanse) and PSO competitions. The school is affiliated with the Fédération Française de Danse (FFDanse), guaranteeing professional standards and nationally recognised teaching qualifications. Beyond regular classes, the studio hosts intensive workshops and masterclasses with international guest instructors, designed to deepen technique, floorwork and stage presence.
The studio also hosts private events: EVJF (bachelorette parties), EVG (stag dos), birthdays and pole parties for groups up to 28 people. A typical 1h15 package includes warm-up, pole dance introduction, choreography and a performance featuring the guest of honour. A 50€ deposit secures your booking. The studio is located at 1 Rue Oscar II in central Nice. Public transport links include buses 08, 11, 23 and 57 (Parc Impérial Gambetta stop), Tram Line 1 (Gare Thiers, 1 km / 13 mins walk) and Tram Line 2 (Alsace-Lorraine, 700 m / 8 mins walk). Paid and free street parking is available nearby; there is no private car park. Summer closures are 13–19 July and 15–30 August 2026.
