Nice Pole Dance Studio

Nice Pole Dance Studio is an aerial dance school located on Rue de l'Abbé Grégoire, a few minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and Nice's beach. Founded in 2016, the studio welcomes people of all ages, genders and fitness levels to learn pole dance, stretching, contortion, aerial silks and aerial hoop.

The studio occupies two dedicated spaces for aerial dance. You'll find 6 poles at 4.10 metres height, 3 aerial silks rigs, and 2 aerial hoops. Classes are led by qualified and passionate teachers who work at your pace and respect your body's limits. The focus is on progressing while enjoying the practice, with the aim of building strength, flexibility and self-confidence.

For your first class, first-time pole dance, aerial silks and aerial hoop lessons cost 15 euros (cash or cheque). If you're new to pole dance, you can choose between a beginner class or a combined beginner and intermediate class. For aerial silks and aerial hoop, all classes are open to you. Collective classes run with a minimum of 4 people enrolled and a maximum of 10.

The studio also organises events throughout the year, offers private lessons on request, and rents the space to other groups. Free training sessions are available. For special occasions, Nice Pole Dance Studio can organise a bachelorette party — contact Nathalie for details.

For your first class: bring a towel, wear a short and tank top for pole dance or leggings and tank top for silks and hoop. The first lesson costs 15 euros. Classes are capped at 10 people and run with a minimum of 4 enrolled. You'll be welcomed regardless of age, gender or fitness level.

Classes are taught by qualified and passionate instructors who guide you at your own pace and with respect for your body.
