The venue accommodates varying event sizes depending on layout: up to 260 guests for a seated event with a dance floor, up to 300 guests for a seated event without a dance floor, and up to 450 guests for a cocktail-style reception. The ballroom is fully accessible with a sloped entrance and restrooms on the main floor.
All catering and bar services are provided in-house through the venue's culinary team, which offers customized menus and bar packages. Guests can accommodate dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options with advance notice. Room rental includes tables, chairs, linens, napkins, basic event setup, glassware, flatware, and parking. Outside desserts are permitted if purchased from a licensed bakery, restaurant, or store with proof of purchase provided.

Bridget, the lead event coordinator, works with couples from the initial tour through the wedding day itself, providing day-of coordination and seamless vendor management.
