Classes range from introductory to advanced. Jennifer Hopkins teaches Pole 1/2, 3/4, and Spin Pole Beginner, plus 6-week progressive sessions. Jasmine Rike teaches Beginner and Intermediate Pole, Pole Fit, and Stretch. Bridget Heasley leads Mixed Level Pole including advanced techniques, Aerial Hoop, Pole Choreography, and Chair Choreography. Ashley Taylor is certified in Spin City Aerial Pole and CirqFit Hoop, teaching Intro to Pole Fitness, Fit Strength, Mixed Levels Pole, Low Flow Pole, and Intermediate Aerial Hoop. Nadia Kotsonis, certified by Ecole de Pole for Levels 1 & 2, teaches Intro to Pole Fitness, Beginner Pole, and Low Flow Choreography. Ashley Graham teaches Beginner Aerial Hoop. Nelly Sell, with extensive dance background, teaches Low Flow Choreography.
The studio emphasises that pole is for every body and every fitness level. Classes are designed to progressively build strength and flexibility. There is no weight limit for the poles. New students with no upper body strength can begin at their current fitness level and develop strength through the progressive class structure.
Honey Groove offers special occasion parties: bachelorette, birthday, holiday, and girls' night out celebrations. Class packs are available for single classes, open studio sessions, and progressive series sessions. A welcome package offers 6 classes for $102 when you register for an introductory class. Classes must be paid in full 24 hours before the session. The studio operates on a 12-hour cancellation policy; late arrivals are not admitted for safety reasons.
What to expect
Your first visit
Wear shorts and a tank top with sports bra (no capris or leggings — you need to grip the pole with your legs). Do not wear lotion or oils; wash your hands and wipe your legs. Remove watches, bracelets, and rings as they can damage equipment and create safety risks. Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Classes sell out quickly, so book in advance.
