Just Dancing Studio St. Louis, located at 236 Old Meramec Station Road in Manchester, Missouri, was purchased by Brian and Natalie Ames in August 2019. The studio was founded on their passion as competitive Pro-Am ballroom dancers and their desire to share the joy of social dancing with the St. Louis community.

The studio offers three main paths into dance. Group classes run 4 nights a week and include beginner and intermediate/advanced levels across multiple styles. Monday features Latin Club Classes at 6pm (Beginner) and 7pm (Beginner 2), covering salsa, bachata, merengue, and other Latin essentials. Tuesday and Thursday both offer a Social Dance Starter Class at 6pm, perfect for absolute beginners, teaching rumba, hustle, swing, and more. Thursday also includes a Technique Class at 6pm focusing on posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength, plus a Social Dancing Practice Party at 6:45pm where you can dance with other couples to ballroom and Latin music. All group classes welcome dancers without partners.

Private lessons are available every day with nationally certified instructors. The studio operates on a pay-as-you-go model with no contracts—book as you like. A sample first private lesson costs $75. Private lessons are offered to both singles and couples, and the studio also customises youth classes, formation classes, mini-classes (for 4), and master classes with visiting coaches.

Wedding couples can book personalised choreography and private lessons packages.
