About this studio
Latin Dance Hawaii teaches salsa across multiple levels, from Salsa Beginners 101 through to Salsa Level 3: Mambo Lab, which focuses on shines and partnerwork. The studio also offers dedicated styling and spinning classes, with options ranging from introductory to advanced—including monthly Cha Cha features and a four-week Styling & Spinning series.
Classes run on weekday evenings, typically starting at 6pm and running through to 8:15pm, with most sessions lasting between one and one and a half hours. The primary teaching location is 350 Ward Avenue, central Honolulu. Instructors Stefan and Andrea lead the majority of classes; Andrea Carolyn teaches the styling and spinning programme.
Beyond regular classes, the studio hosts Dancer's Night Out Social events—a 3.5-hour social gathering held on Saturday evenings where you can practise what you've learned and dance with the community.
The schedule operates on a cycle basis for foundational classes: Salsa Beginners 101 runs as an eight-class series, allowing you to start fresh with each new cycle. The studio also maintains a second location at 2600 King Street, Suite 204.
