About this studio
Loca'Dance opened in 2010 in the Fontvieille shopping center in Allauch, five minutes from Marseille La Valentine. The school sits above the medical center, close to Aubagne and Plan de Cuques, and occupies 400 m² across three air-conditioned studios, each with sprung wooden floors and mirrors.
The space serves both as a teaching school and a rental venue. You can take group classes, book private lessons, or rent the studios by the year or for single sessions. The director, Christophe Garnier, describes the philosophy: dances have no borders and nourish one another through meetings. Whether dance is practiced in pairs, groups or alone, whether it comes from here or elsewhere, whether it is academic or urban, the school believes dance creates harmony between body and spirit.
Beyond dance, the school also offers yoga and singing. All instructors were chosen for both their professionalism and teaching ability, and work to guide you in a convivial atmosphere where dance is above all a pleasure to share.
The location offers practical advantages: 150 free parking spaces, accessible facilities for people with disabilities, and all the amenities of a shopping center. A 2027–2028 schedule is in preparation.
