Arenas breaks salsa and Latin moves down into a series of simple steps, moves and turns, and has spent decades dancing, teaching, choreographing and performing across North America, Latin America and Europe at salsa schools, events, festivals and congresses.
Beyond classes, Luminadance offers professional dance and music entertainment for events. They provide choreographed dance shows with animation and live music for corporate events and private parties. Their performance packages include Latin dances (Mexican, Cuban, Colombian), Brazilian samba with spectacular feathered costumes, disco, cabaret, swing, burlesque, rock'n'roll, African dance and other styles. They work with themed packages and have offered shows with titles like Caribe Show, Mexico Lindo Show, and World Music Show.
The studio also specialises in wedding and reception entertainment, bringing "elegance and excitement" to celebrations with captivating dance performances tailored to your theme. Luminadance has a track record of achievement in competitive salsa. Roberto Arenas Jr. holds three World Salsa Championship trophies and served as an international judge at the Worldwide Salsa Championship Awards in Las Vegas (2005), Orlando (2007), and Miami, Florida (2009). The studio also received recognition in the 2015 Latins Awards Canada and the 2010 L.A. Awards for instructor and producer contribution to the Canadian Community of Salsa.
