They teach with lightness and joy, respecting each person's pace, desire, sexual orientation, gender identity and ancestry.
Classes here combine health, wellbeing and fun in a playful way. You'll find pole dance, dance & other styles, and conditioning classes that build body awareness, breath capacity and endurance while fostering a genuine love for your body. The studio emphasises that physical activity should adapt to each person's individuality and needs — no pressure, no suffering.
Everyone on the team is trained to respect each student's time and boundaries, creating a space where safety, care, generosity and empathy are guaranteed. The studio is open Monday and Friday 4pm–9pm, Tuesday and Thursday 11:30am–9pm, Wednesday 8am–10pm, and Saturday 9:30am–1:30pm. You're welcome to visit, have a coffee and discover what your body is capable of.
