About this studio

Pole Dance Oasis is a dedicated pole dance studio in Antwerp, founded by Gaëlle, who created the space out of her love for pole dancing and her passion for teaching and empowering others through this dynamic and challenging sport. The studio offers a structured pathway for students of all levels, starting with Trial Classes for newcomers and progressing through the 6-week Pole Dance Kickstart series for those ready to fully commit.

The technical programme centres on four progressive class types. Pole Foundations teaches the technical skills for a variety of pole dance tricks, spins, and combinations across 4 levels. Pole Spin is designed to teach the art of fluid movement and tricks on a spinning pole, offered at 4 levels. Shape Shifting combines flexibility and pole work (requiring Pole Foundations 2 and up). For those seeking flow, Pole Flow classes focus on graceful choreography around the pole with fluidity and seamless transitions between movements, combined with floorwork, available at 2 levels. High Heels Flow masters stunning choreography that combines pole dance techniques with floorwork and dynamic movements, also at 2 levels.

Supplementary classes build the strength and conditioning needed to excel. Flexibility classes target specific ranges of motion: one focuses on front splits and backbends, the other on middle splits and straddles. Conditioning classes build strength, endurance, and control. Open Training allows you to use the studio freely. All classes are taught by experienced instructors: Gaëlle, Domi (High Heels Flow teacher who creates safe, empowering spaces with slow and sensual technique), and Nora (Pole Flow teacher known for badass, feelgood choreographies blending strength and grace).

The studio offers flexible payment options. Single classes cost €25. Pass packages include 5 classes (€110), 10 classes (€200), and 20 classes (€360). Monthly memberships range from Lucky Bamboo at €80 (5 credits) to Bird of Paradise at €290 (unlimited access). A yearly Lotus membership at €2,500 provides full access and unlimited class attendance. Private classes are available at €60–€100 for 60-minute sessions and €75–€100 for 90-minute sessions, with packages of 5 or 10 available at reduced rates. The studio also offers competition coaching on request and rental space.
