Pole Dance Studio Nürnberg

Pole Dance Studio Nürnberg is located at Färberstraße 10 in the heart of Nürnberg, on the second floor above Restaurant 60 Seconds to Napoli, directly across from Fitness First. The studio occupies a spacious, light-filled training space of around 100 m² with a fully mirrored wall, modern lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The studio teaches Pole Dance at beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite levels, plus Exotic Pole at beginner and intermediate levels. Classes also include Floorwork, Stretching & Mobility, and private one-to-one lessons. Beginners are welcome at any time; a trial session can be booked whenever you want to start. The studio offers Workshops & Events, Junggesellinnenabschiede (hen parties) and private group courses, as well as free training sessions for members.

Training takes place on high-quality X-Pole poles with the modern X-Lock system, mostly made from allergen-friendly stainless steel with the internationally standard 45 mm diameter. The studio's impressive 3.90-metre ceiling height provides ideal conditions for pole dance, creative combinations, and ambitious sequences. Safety is prioritised with ample fall protection mats always in place, plus disinfection and cleaning supplies available.

The team consists of four experienced instructors. Alice Meszaros is the owner and head trainer, a pole dancer and performer since 2013 with over 12 years of stage and show experience, both as solo and double performer, plus national and international competition experience. She has led the studio since 2016. Cara Kindshuber has been training and performing since 2022 and is currently training to become an Advanced Pole Dance trainer. Ramona Steinherr has been a pole dancer and trainer since 2022, with experience in both Pole Dance and Exotic Pole performance, and is training towards Advanced level in both disciplines. She also has a background in strength and fitness training. Madeleine Sperling joined as a trainer in 2024; she is a certified fitness trainer specialising in functional fitness, an active competitive bodybuilder in the figure category, and brings extensive experience in performance sport and strength training. All trainers work to a shared training philosophy and communicate closely to ensure consistent teaching quality.

The studio expanded in October 2026 with an additional training room. Amenities include changing rooms, showers, toilets, and a comfortable rest area. Members have access to the booking system, a membership form, and can attend free training sessions. The studio runs workshops on specialised topics: for example, 'Eat. Train. Recover.' covers nutrition for pole dancers, and 'Pole Progression Lab' (described as mostly theoretical) covers training structure, goal-setting, injury recovery, and mindset—each participant receives an individual analysis.
