About this studio
Pole Dance University runs classes at two locations in Warsaw: Bemowo (ul. Człuchowska 66) and Ursus (ul. Kompanii Kordian 3). They teach Pole Dance, Exotic Pole, Aerial Hoop, and Stretching, with dedicated Teens Pole classes for ages 11–15. The studio emphasises that you don't need to be strong, experienced, or flexible to start — beginners join from zero.
Each person gets their own pole for the duration of class (the studio's rule: one person = one pole). Classes are structured around beginner foundations, with instructors introducing basic holds, positions and figures step by step. The instructor observes participants throughout, corrects technique and ensures safety at every stage. First classes include a warm-up, basic technique work and simple movements suited to beginners.
Beginners can choose from several class times: Pole Dance od podstaw (from basics) runs Mondays at 19:00 in Bemowo and Mondays at 18:00 or Thursdays at 21:00 in Ursus. Exotic Pole od podstaw meets Fridays at 21:00 in Bemowo and Fridays at 20:00 in Ursus. Aerial Hoop od podstaw runs Saturdays at 10:00 in Bemowo. Teens Pole classes are Thursdays at 17:00 in Bemowo and Tuesdays at 17:00 in Ursus.
The studio offers individual training (1:1 at 180 zł, or for two people at 260 zł), hall rental (150 zł), open pole time for self-directed practice (39 zł), and also runs a Wieczór Panieński (women's evening) event and wedding services. Online classes are available. The team includes instructors Magdalena K., Magda B., Ela R., Ola K., Ania K., Klaudia Ł., Gabi G., Dominika D. and Angelika B., each qualified in different disciplines. What to expect
Your first visit
Your first class begins with a warm-up, then your instructor introduces basic exercises, holds and simple figures matched to beginner level. Everything is shown step by step and you have time to practise each movement safely. You don't need to know anything beforehand.

Wear short shorts and a short-sleeved top. You train barefoot or in socks. Bring a jumper and long trousers for the warm-up if you get cold easily. Do not apply balm or oil to your skin on training day as it makes you slip on the pole. Remove all jewellery before entering the studio.
