About this studio

R3D ONE is a 400 m² dance studio founded by Duc Anh Tran in 2012, located at Andrássy út 68 in Avenue Gardens, Budapest. The studio has grown into one of Europe's most recognised dance communities, with over 2 million YouTube subscribers, 500k Instagram followers, and 1 million Facebook fans. The faculty comprises 12 instructors who have taught and judged at major dance events across more than 30 countries.

The studio operates two dance rooms. Studio A is the main room, measuring 15 × 8 m with capacity for 60 people, equipped with a professional sound system, ventilation system, 2 m tall mirrors, LED lights around the floor, and natural light through the roof. Studio B is a smaller space at 6 × 13 m, accommodating around 40 people, with a 2400 W speaker system, air conditioning, and LED lights. The complex also includes one private class room, two changing rooms for women, one for men, two offices, and a lobby.

Classes run Monday to Friday, 16:00–20:00. The schedule includes beginner and intermediate–advanced levels, with open classes also available. Beginner classes with Daniel Fekete run Tuesday and Thursday 16:00–17:00. Intermediate–advanced classes with Fekete follow 17:00–18:00 on the same days. Duc Anh Tran teaches Monday and Wednesday 16:00–17:00 (beginner) and 17:00–18:00 (intermediate–advanced), plus Tuesday 18:00–19:30 (open class). Attila Bohm teaches mixed-level classes Monday and Wednesday 19:30–21:00. Daniel Krichenbaum runs open classes Friday 18:00–19:30. High heels classes are offered Thursday 18:00–19:30 with Lia Csomo. Gábor Kassai teaches Tuesday 19:00–20:00 and 20:00–21:00. Instructors István Pali, Lilla Radoci, Mona Rudolf, Vanessza Tollas, and Zita Nagy also teach at the studio.

Registration happens at the studio on the day of class, with no pre-registration required. Monthly tickets offer discounted rates if purchased by the 10th of the month: 15.500 HUF for 4 × 90-minute classes, 17.000 HUF for 8 × 60-minute classes, or 20.500 HUF for 8 × 90-minute classes. Standard rates after the 10th are 17.500 HUF, 19.000 HUF, or 22.500 HUF respectively. Single-class drop-in tickets cost 4.000 HUF for 60 minutes or 5.000 HUF for 90 minutes. Extra monthly tickets are available for students learning from multiple teachers. Classes run from 5 January to 15 May; from 15 May onwards the studio holds rehearsals only for its Showcase Event.

The studio also offers space rental for events and workshops. Studio rental inquiries can be made by phone or email. What to expect

Your first visit

Drop in on any Monday to Friday between 16:00 and 20:00. Classes are taught by experienced instructors in one of two studios; most levels from beginner to intermediate–advanced are available. Register at the studio before class starts; a single 60-minute class costs 4.000 HUF, or 5.000 HUF for 90 minutes.
