About this studio
Reverse Studio ASD is a non-profit sports association registered with CONI and affiliated to CSEN, based in Turin's historic Vanchiglia neighbourhood. The studio teaches pole dance as a complete sport combining acrobatics and dance, demanding strength, flexibility, coordination, agility and endurance.
Classes are structured by level, starting with Start level for complete beginners through to advanced levels for those preparing for competitions. The curriculum includes Floorwork, Pole Flow, Pole Fluid, Functional Training, Exotic, and Flexibility. Pole dance at Reverse Studio builds tone in the thighs, glutes, abdomen and arms, improves muscular flexibility and posture, and develops balance and coordination. The studio describes the practice as a way to express femininity, understand your body, and push past your limits.
All teachers are qualified professionals who guide performance work, competitions and exhibitions, creating individual and choreographic pathways for students. The studio also operates a second location in Chieri in the historic centre. All courses are reserved for members and focus on movement and sport oriented toward wellbeing and health.
