Rhythm Junction

Rhythm Junction is a Lindy Hop social dance venue that meets every Monday night at Four Seasons Dance Studio on Hennepin Avenue. The dance runs from 8:15pm to 11pm and draws hundreds of dancers annually from across the Twin Cities and beyond. The venue is built on the principle that great swing music inspires great swing dancing, and they hire the best swing DJs and bands to play each evening. A variety of DJs rotate through the schedule, each bringing their own flavour and introducing different subgenres of jazz, so there's something for every dancer.

Rhythm Junction's mission is to enrich lives by building a community dedicated to preserving the tradition of Lindy Hop and American vernacular jazz dance. The venue emphasises inclusivity, safety, and respect—every community member can dance with confidence and without fear of physical or emotional abuse. They host themed nights throughout the year for holidays including Halloween, Valentine's Day, Winter Holidays, and Pride. The space welcomes dancers of all skill levels, though most social dancing is suited to intermediate and advanced dancers who are comfortable with the Lindy Hop basic.
