Beyond classes, Salsa People hosts regular social events: weekly apéro evenings with birthday discounts and complimentary Prosecco, Summer and Winter Weeks featuring free workshops, cocktails, pasta nights, and social dancing. They organise larger events including Salsa Schiff boat parties, Salsa & Bachata Night festivals with bootcamps and live DJs, and international artist line-ups. The venue accommodates over 250 participants per week.
First-time visitors book a free trial class (Schnupperkurs). You receive a confirmation email with details, a phone call confirmation, and on the day are welcomed with refreshments before a 45-minute lesson followed by practice time with other participants. You can attend without a dance partner.
The studio is health-insurance-recognised in Switzerland, meaning course costs may be partially reimbursable depending on your policy. They offer a Salsa People app for course management and learning videos. Referrals earn 4 weeks free membership.

Studio history
Salsa People began when Mauro, a young dedicated Salsa dancer, opened the small Salsa school "Salsa Leute" (now Salsa People). The studio has grown to serve over 250 dancers per week in Zürich and now has additional locations in Wohlen and Aarau.
