Salsadancers has been Bern's hub for salsa and music for 23 years, operating from Tanzpfeiler at Dalmaziquai 69. The studio frames itself as a bridge for cultural encounter, integration and respect—a space where a mixed audience learns to dance across different styles and rhythms.
The studio runs regular weekly and monthly social events alongside classes. Every Wednesday there is a Salsaare session. The last Thursday of each month hosts en vivo. Mambo Social runs one Thursday evening and one Sunday afternoon per month. Abrázame takes place on the second Saturday of each month. These socials happen both at the studio and at outdoor venues around Bern, including Peter Flamingo (Grosse Schanze), Sockel (Waisenhausplatz), and other locations.
Beyond regular socials, Salsadancers offers a summer holiday programme (Ferienprogramm) and runs workshops. The studio also offers PULS, a partner dance training programme (Paartanzausbildung). A "Tänzer:in werden" (become a dancer) pathway is available for those starting out.
