About this studio
Femme Dance Bern teaches solo dance courses focused on sensuality, femininity and confidence. The studio runs two main class styles: Ballroom Ladystyle and High Heels, each designed to help you feel beautiful, powerful and in control of your body.
Ballroom Ladystyle classes build on the foundations of Standard Latin dances — Rumba, Cha Cha Cha and Samba — teaching beautiful arm lines, hip movement, turns and musicality. The course is aimed at anyone who wants to move like a professional dancer or simply flow with Latin music, regardless of experience level.
High Heels classes centre on sensuality and celebrating femininity. You'll learn to walk and pose, and practise hip movements, waves and hairwhips through short choreographies. No prior dance experience or everyday heel-wearing is required.
Classes run on Thursdays. Ballroom Ladystyle has a beginner-friendly session at 18:00 and an open level at 19:00, both taught by Patrycja Studer. High Heels also offers beginner-friendly (19:00) and open level (20:00) classes, taught by Nora Lehmann. A trial lesson costs 15 francs; single classes are 30 francs. The studio offers 8-class passes at 185 francs (valid 10 weeks) or 208 francs (valid 4 months), usable for all regular Femme Dance courses.
Patrycja Studer is a longtime Standard Latin competitor with extensive tournament experience and professional training. She was also a trainer and dancer in the Swiss TV show 'Darf ich bitten?'. Nora Lehmann brings roots in Salsa and has developed across multiple styles including Contemporary, Dancehall, Hip Hop and Reggaeton, performing regularly in shows and creating dance videos.
Femme Dance also runs the Femme Dance Day event on 26 September 2026, featuring yoga, burlesque, ladystyle, bellydance, art, jewellery and socialising. The studio is located at Dalmaziquai 69, Bern.

Your first visit
You'll join a small, beginner-friendly class focused on feeling confident and sensual rather than perfect technique. Classes are structured around Latin-based movement or heel dancing, with short choreographies you'll learn together.
