Mike Galindo began his dance journey at 24 when his father encouraged him to take his first salsa lesson at Caribbean Gardens in Burlingame, CA in 2013. He studied under Orlando & Miriam Chacon before moving into bachata, which captivated him after seeing the viral YouTube performances of Daniel & Desiree. In 2015, he launched the Bay Area's first "Sensual Bachata" event at El Patron restaurant in Santa Rosa, CA. Over more than a decade, he has developed expertise across various Latin dance forms with a focus on precision, technique, biomechanics, and musicality.
The studio is clean and spacious, with free parking available on site. Private bachata lessons are offered Monday through Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm at $100 per lesson, which includes studio rental. The atmosphere emphasises inclusivity and community building.
