Sawyer Station hosts a range of events: weddings, birthday parties, quinceañeras, corporate events, anniversaries, and receptions. The venue also hosts dance classes and creative workshops. They hold a regular event called Noche De Baile for which tickets are available.
The venue rental fee includes use of the space for the duration of your event, tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, crystal chandeliers and dimmable lighting, free parking, an on-site venue manager, setup and teardown time, and cleaning services before and after the event. Sawyer Station is TABC-licensed and all alcohol must be purchased through them with professional bartending services provided. They have a preferred vendors list but allow outside catering with prior approval; desserts can always be brought in from outside vendors.
The venue operates one event per day to ensure full attention to each client. Tours are offered by appointment Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM, based on availability. Booking requires a signed contract and a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 20% of the total venue rental fee. Final balance is due 30 days before the event. The venue does not offer soft holds—a deposit is required to secure availability.
